Pre-diabetes means that your blood glucose is not normal, but is not high enough to diagnose diabetes. People with pre-diabetes are at high risk for developing type 2 diabetes. There is a lot you can do to prevent or delay pre-diabetes from becoming a type 2 diabetic.
This class will provide you with the education materials, tips and tools to make healthy lifestyle changes that will improve your blood glucose levels.
Classes are taught by a Registered Nurse and Registered Dietitian who are Certified Diabetes Educators.
