Becca Sprague, Registered Dietitian, will cover tips for eating healthy while staying at home (including mindset, meal prepping and planning when visiting the grocery store less, and dealing with boredom and stress eating), as well as how to stay healthy in other ways such as sleep, stress management, and maintaining social connections.
Melissa Densmore, Director of Group Fitness and Training, will talk about the importance of exercise and simple solutions for routines that are doable even without gym equipment. She has been with Saco Sport & Fitness for over 17 years, and in addition to her management role is also an elite personal trainer and ACE Certified Health Coach.
