ChamberFest 2026 Vendor Registration
The Biddeford + Saco Chamber of Commerce is excited to bring ChamberFest back to Mechanics Park on Wednesday, June 17 from 3:00–6:00 PM. (Raindate is Wed. June 24)
This year’s theme is: Stronger+Together
Through music, food, activities, conversation, and community interaction, ChamberFest is designed to help businesses connect with both fellow members and the public in a fun, relaxed environment.
What to Expect
 Outdoor vendor booths (Chamber Members) throughout Mechanics Park
 Live music from Quiet Riot with Johnny Martinez
 Food vendors
 Community interaction activities
 Door prize giveaways
 Public attendance encouraged
 Networking opportunities with Chamber member businesses, and attendees

Each participating vendor is asked to contribute a door prize item representing their business, generally valued in the $15–30 range.
Items will be grouped into themed prize bundles such as:

• Night on the Town
• Self Care & Wellness
• Culinary Favorites
• Family Fun
• Maine Made

Please include what your donated item will be when registering in the notes section, so we can organize prize packages ahead of the event.  Suggestions include gift cards, gift baskets, tickets to events and/or locations, material goods, toys, products… the possibilities are endless.

There is no fee to exhibit – but we do ask you to pre-register!
Additional registration information, vendor confirmations, setup instructions, and event logistics will be distributed as participation is finalized.
