Join us for dinner and conversation. Our special guest speaker, Rev. Laura Carey, will share her approach on viewing life and how to appreciate moments that we do have and not take them for granted. How do we live accepting what is? Menu is based on the flavors of New Orleans, celebrating the tradition of "Fat Tuesday" before the beginning of Lent. Food items served cafeteria style and consist of: Jambalaya with Ham and Sausage, Cajun Blackened Chicken Breast, Vegetable Gumbo, Shrimp Bienville Stuffed Zucchini, Deep Fried Okra with Creole Sauce, Red Beans and Rice, and Pecan Pie.
