New for Fall 2017 - Personal Enrichment Classes at YCCC!  The first class in our cooking series is Fresh from the Farmer’s Market -- Prepare fresh meals using the ingredients of the season!  In this class, you will prepare a dish using ingredients that can be found at your local farmer’s market.

Please wear comfortable, closed-toe, non-slip shoes to class.  All culinary classes are hands-on so expect to spend the majority of time standing and moving around the lab.  For food safety, tie back long hair, and bring an apron to protect your clothes (or wear something that can get dirty).
