Fashion Camp June 29-July 3 ages 6-11 The perfect camp for children who love style, sewing and to confidently express themselves! This camp is for kids who want to explore fashion design, hand sewing, machine sewing, styling, and use of patterns to create wearable pieces. Throughout the camp week kids will work on full size dress forms to design and drape their own designs. They will create several hand sewn accessories, projects with fabric and paper and a final wearable piece for our end of camp fashion show! Students of all sewing abilities are welcome. Our knowledgable and experienced staff will work closely with students to make sure that everyone is challenged and successful at their own level. Every camp experience at Mill Studio Arts is grounded in creativity, team building and friendship forming. Our camps are led by artist-educators with additional support staff, providing a student teacher ratio of 5:1. We ensure that every child receives focused, thoughtful attention that meets their unique needs and abilities. Our camps nurture the whole child and deeply engage the creative mind.
