On Sunday, June 5th at 7:00 p.m. at the First Parish Meetinghouse, 7 Meetinghouse Road, Biddeford Historical Society and McArthur Library will be pleased to host a talk by Colin Colbourn, Ph.D., lead historian at Project Recover, an organization dedicated to repatriating the remains of the more than 80,000 Americans missing in action since World War II. A screening of the film "To What Remains", will precede this event. The film screening will be held at McArthur Library on Wednesday, June 1st, at 6:00 pm. This stirring documentary on the work of Project Recover and the impact on individuals, families, and communities of bringing home an MIA after 75 years.
