    In collaboration with Winterfest, the City Theater is thrilled to welcome back Joe Boucher with "Pianomen: the Music of Elton and Billy."  Enjoy 90 minutes of music featuring the work of Elton John and Billy Joel.  The evening will include guest performances by the Biddeford High School Chorus and Jazz Band.
