Tune up your balance and improve your confidence on your feet. There are 17 evidence-based items that contribute to difficulty with balance and fall risk; we will tackle the top six factors. We will have a weekly theme to discuss the balance system we will be working on, then complete exercises to address this system, and provide handouts with tips to further tune up these contributing systems. All levels are welcome. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and sneakers. About the Instructor: Jason Adour, PT, DPT, received his doctorate in physical therapy from the MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston. He is the owner of the Maine Strong Balance Center in Scarborough, an outpatient physical therapy practice where he specializes in balance and walking rehabilitation.
