The kick off of Habitat's 29th home building project in York County is the Walk to Raise the Roof and Pancake Breakfast in Springvale. A 2.5 mile loop following city streets, town trails and Rails to Trials begins at 9:00 from the Springvale Baptist Church, 429 Main Street in Springvale. Entry for the walk is $30 for adults and $12 for youth under 12. Registration includes a t-shirt, pancake breakfast, groundbreaking ceremony and a fun walk. The Pancake Breakfast begins at 8 AM and ends at 10:30 AM. The pancake breakfast for non-walkers is $8 for adults and $5 for youth.
